I have found that in Today’s workforce, young women are finding that there is still a glass ceiling. The difference between now and 20 years ago is that the glass ceiling isn’t evident for career builders until the women move further throughout the company.

The company will start by nurturing their female employees and moving them up rapidly, but when they get to the leadership positions, many companies will pull back on putting women in these positions.
